Over the years, we have created a set of norms that we all aspire to remember as part of this community.
We will do our best to see the other person's perspective and listen without judgement.
We will take responsibility for identifying what is troubling us and for sharing it with the appropriate person.
We will encourage the asking and raising of tough questions knowing that if they are received with an open mind, they will help our community be stronger.
